The infrasound sensor based on the principle of capacitance can detect the infrasound signal generated during seismic activity. Capacitive infrasound sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity, wide frequency response, flat characteristics in passband and non-contact measurement. The sensor diaphragm can work in the elastic region, and its long-term stability will not be changed by external influences (such as temperature, time, etc.), and it has a wide range of applications in the field of acoustics. HY-IFSound high precision infrasonic measurement sensor converts the capacitance change of the sensitive element into a voltage signal output. This sensor is a differential voltage output with small size, light weight, easy installation, and can be directly connected to the recording analyzer or A/D converter.
