The function of industrial baking soda:
1. SDS sodium based dry flue gas desulfurization agent is widely used in steel plants, coking plants, cement plants, glass plants, power plants, etc.
2. Mine fire extinguishing agents.
3. Used as the main raw material for industrial alkaline detergents, also as a washing agent, and also as a detergent for wool, bath agent, etc.
4. The rubber industry uses it in combination with alum and H pore forming agents to achieve uniform pore formation in the production of rubber and sponge. Used as a foaming agent for rubber and plastic phenolic resins, as well as a co foaming agent for polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene.
5. The printing and dyeing industry is used as a fixing agent for dyeing and printing, an acid-base buffer, and a post-treatment agent for fabric dyeing and finishing. Adding baking soda during dyeing can prevent the yarn from producing color spots.
6. Fire fighting equipment is used to produce acid alkali extinguishing agent and foam extinguishing agent.
7. The metallurgical industry is used as a flux for casting steel ingots.
8. The mechanical industry is used as a molding agent for steel casting (flipping) sand molds.
