Aluminum Briquette Machine Introduction:
(1) Briquette making machine can mold a variety of mineral powder, metal powder, coal powder, coke powder and other materials.
(2) Due to forced squeeze by roller, the products have high density, high strength and high hardness.
(3) The press roller uses 65Mn rigid material is in good abrasion resistance, effectively prolong service life.
Aluminum Briquette Machine Working Principle:
(1) Main motor transmit power to speed reducer.
(2) The coupling between reducer and rollers start to run.
(3) The exposed gear impel drive and driven shaft to rotate synchronize
(4) The pressure in two rollers increase gradually, from small to large.
(5) Pressure reaches top, the briquettes is molded successfully.
