Heavy duty steel band strapping tool features a premium tension handle, spring loaded gripper, built-in cutter and screw rod for added torque and durability.
Sharply Strapping Packer Machine -The operation knob is coordinated and properly matched, and the tightening handle and the adjustment knob are combined to fix the cable tie, the cutter head control knob cooperates with the sharp special cutter head,saves time and effort.
The tensioning machine adopts a tensioning belt and a cut-off cable tie function, widely used for tighten and cut off the spare bending being formed used to apply stainless steel band. Use for steel strapping, banding, crimping and cutting tool.
1.Measure the necessary length from roll band or use a pre-cut clamp. (sold separately).
2.Install the buckle and thread the band through the buckle.
3.Tension the band.
4.After reaching tension point, fold tool over to create the lock and cut off using the integrated cutter.
