Immunoaffinity Columns
General Description
PriboFast®Mycotoxin Immunoaffinity Column (IAC) is used to purify and concentrate mycotoxins from complicated matrices, such as grains, finished products, feed, spices, herbal materials, etc. Immunoaffinity columns are applicable for purification of various mycotoxins, such as Aflatoxins (AFT), Deoxynivalenol (DON), Fumonisins (FBs), Ochratoxin A (OTA), citrinin, T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, etc.
Test Principle
Based on monoclonal antibody technology, mycotoxin-antigen can specifically bind the specific antibody, and mycotoxins can be effectively purified or extracted.
