Multifunction Cleanup Columns
General Description
There are two types of multi-function cleanup columns -- injecting type and pressing type. One or Multiple mycotoxins can be purified in one-step (30 seconds) from complicated matrices, such as grains, finished products, feed, spices, herbal materials, etc. Pribolab provides various of cleanup columns for Aflatoxins (AFT), Deoxynivalenol (DON), Fumonisins (FBs), Ochratoxin A (OTA), citrinin, T-2 toxin, HT-2 toxin, etc.
Test Principle
The composite absorbents (such as polar groups, non-polar groups, and ion-exchange groups) have been filled into the column, and matrix impurities (lipids, proteins, pigments, etc.) can be absorbed when passing through absorbents.
