Features and description:
1.One machine multi-Function technology.
The automatical inner welding machine is designed based on multi-pipe diamater application strture..It can realize multi-diameter of pipeline welding work just via install metal accessories outside to do simple refit. Secondly,The pneumatic parts and electrical components of the equipment are imported.Low temperature resistance design,low failure rate,During the construction of root welding,It has adavantages like Low consumption rate of consumable parts,High interchangeability of internal components in welding units
2.Multiple Welding units,4-wheel drive
Inner welding machine install 6/8/10 welding units on the circumference of the welding rail.The whole welding stroke is very short.It improves the big diameter pipeline welding efficiency.Complete new designed welding unit,the structure is simple.The electric generator is imported,the wire feed is very stable.The drive adopt synchronized control,has 4 driving power motor,high stability,and high climbing ability.
3. Split combination rotating ring technology.
The rotating ring is split structure,the maintaince of internal structure is convenient,gas conduction cables exchanging is easier.
4.Compressed air lift welding torch.
Adopting compressed air to lift torch,save protection gas .Lower 60% consumption of protection gas
5. Moving stablely.
The inner welding machine improved top support cylinder,strengthen the traction of the drive.The moving and brake is more stable.
