1. High-torque servo electric drive technology.
The walking power is provided by a lithium battery pack and servo electric drive wheel. The electric drive wheel features fast response, smooth movement, closed-loop control, quiet operation, and energy efficiency. The use of electric drive eliminates the need for compressed air, simplifying on-site equipment configuration. The intelligent lithium battery pack has on-the-go fast charging capability, meeting the requirements of continuous on-site construction.
2. Hydraulic expansion system solves the problem of mismatched joints.
The internal welder adopts hydraulic expansion, with the power source being an electric hydraulic power unit installed on the body. The pressure is adjustable, and hydraulic power can provide a large expansion force. It can make the pipeline end round during alignment operations and perfectly match elliptical pipeline ends, effectively solving the problem of welding defects caused by misalignment in the past.
3. Rapid-response electromagnetic braking system.
The braking system of the internal welder utilizes electromagnetic brakes installed on the drive
wheels, combined with external hydraulic brakes for double protection. It achieves instantaneous and rapid response from the braking command to execution, solving the issue of lag in pneumatic brakes in the past. This is particularly advantageous for construction work in mountainous areas with steep slopes, highlighting its safety features.
4、Dramatically reduced machine size to improve maneuverability around corners
The internal welder uses electric-hydraulic drive, eliminating the need for an air storage tank, reducing the length and size of the machine, saving transportation costs, and improving its ability to navigate through bent pipelines as a whole.
