Cable blowout prevention（BOP） devices are mainly used in testing or paraffin removal operations using cable pressure in flowing oil wells, gas wells, water injection wells, coalbed methane testing, etc. They provide a pressure buffer zone and a transition zone for instrument string pressure in the well operation. During the process of cable lifting and lowering, the wellhead is dynamically or statically sealed to prevent pressure fluid leakage and have the ability to handle abnormal situations. The operation is simple, safe, and reliable.
The standard pressure levels available are 10Mpa, 21MPa, 35MPa, 70MPa, 105MPa, and the standard diameters available are 30mm, 52mm, 62mm (65mm), 76mm (78mm), 89mm, 102mm (103mm), 120mm, 140mm, 160mm, and 180mm.The types available are single ram BOP, double ram BOP, and triple ram BOP.
Non standard specifications can be designed and manufactured according to user specific requirements. The model of the entire blowout prevention device is determined by the diameter and pressure level parameters.
The entire device mainly consists of components such as grease sealing control head, upper catcher, anti spray pipe, lower catcher, pressure measuring and releasing short joint, blowout preventer, circulating tee, overhead pulley, ground pulley, quick pressure testing component, wellhead conversion flange (or conversion joint), lifting tool, hydraulic control and grease injection pressure control system, air source, anti freezing and thawing and pressure self inspection system, transportation skid, etc.
Drive mode: According to customer needs, manual and hydraulic drive modes.
