Product Description
Principle of vacuum cooling machine is cooking after high temperature, marked, in the cooling box, close the door seal, use on indoor vacuum, vacuum pump as the cooling in the pressure declining, decreases in the food groups inside and outside the boiling point of water when indoor vacuum food temperature reached the corresponding water vapor saturation pressure, food on the surface of the water began to constantly absorbing heat steam food itself, further step-down, vaporized water constantly absorption of heat, until the food cooled to the required temperature. Vacuum pre-cooling machine can quickly and evenly remove the heat of cooked food, and can avoid the temperature zone of bacteria rapid reproduction compared with the traditional cold storage, thus significantly extending the fresh life and improving the quality of fresh.
Cooked food vacuum pre-cooling machine can be used for high temperature cooked food fast cooling to room temperature range (0 ℃≤T≤15℃). Its core function is precooling, precooling is convenient for air conditioning packaging and placed in 0℃-5℃ cold storage storage. It is mainly composed of vacuum cabinet, vacuum pumping system, cooling system, control system, sheet metal (304 stainless steel) shell and so on. It is an important equipment for food enterprises to keep fruits and vegetables fresh, and for fast and even cooling and refrigeration of cooked food, boxed rice and seafood.

The whole cooling process is controlled by computer PLC. The user only needs to press "start" on the touch screen to make your operation easier. All cooling data, temperature and other parameters can be output, printed and saved.

It only takes about 15 minutes to cool the product from 90℃ to below 18℃.

5. Improve the quality of cooked food products;
The product in 30℃-60℃ for bacterial breeding period, but due to the short cooling time of vacuum cooling machine, thus extending the shelf life of the product, to ensure the freshness of the product, because there is no bacterial reproduction, so no need to add preservatives, make the product become "green food".
6. Enhance the taste of deli products;
Due to the principle of vacuum impregnation, the concentrated soup and high material of the product due to external water loss can even enter into the inside of the product, so as to improve the taste of the product.
