Machine features
The sterilization temperature of the equipment can be set according to the requirements of pasteurization or high temperature sterilization. The equipment adopts casing sterilization, the area of heat transfer is large, the heat exchange rate is fast, and the sterilization temperature of the equipment can be adjusted at 62 degree C~85 C. All the equipment in contact with the product are made of SUS 304 stainless steel. The pipe washer and seal are made of polytetrafluoroethylene with food grade. The product line is connected to the DIN pipe connector. In the display output, the production pasteurizing machine is equipped with digital display temperature control system and timing sterilization control system, and can select the sterilization temperature and time as well as the clearance time of the pump cycle time according to the user's requirements.
