Product Description
This juice beverage filling machine is suitable for the production of 350ml, 500ml, 1L, 1.5L and other capacity of bottled juice drinks, such as fruit orange, blueberry drinks on the market, etc., this equipment integrates the advantages of similar products of foreign companies, combined with China's specific national conditions, after technological transformation and the production of automatic rinsing, filling, capping three-in-one machine.
The following is a brief description of the components of the juice beverage filling system:
Raw fruit pretreatment system:
(1) Surf cleaning machine: used to clean the original fruit;
(2) Fruit selection platform: manually select good fruits and remove unqualified fruits;
(3) Crusher: cut the fruit into small pieces to improve the juice yield;
(4) Juicer;
(5) Vibrating filter: remove the residue in the juice, which belongs to coarse filtration;
(6) Enzyme killer: in order to prevent the juice from discoloration reaction due to oxidation, or fermentation caused by microbial action, the juice is quickly heated to 80~85 °C, sterilized by enzymes, and cooled to 55 °C before adding enzyme preparations;
(7) Enzymatic hydrolysis tank;
(8) Clarifying tank: the process of removing suspended solids, pulp particles, colloidal substances and other sediments in fruit and vegetable juice by adding clarifying agent. In order to shorten the clarification time, the clarifier can be added and stirred for about 30 min before the end of enzymatic hydrolysis, and then let stand for clarification;
(9) Vertical pressure filter: fine filtration to obtain clear juice.
Ingredient sterilization system:
(1) Steamed sugar pot (electric heating sugar pot costs electricity);
(2) Ingredient tank: add the clarified raw juice and other additives in order to configure the finished beverage;
(3) Duplex filter: filter the impurities incorporated in the batching process;
(4) Vacuum degassing machine: prevent problems such as oxidation of fruit juice, bubbling during filling, and maintain the quality of fruit juice drinks;
(5) High temperature instantaneous sterilizer: the sterilization time is within a few seconds to maintain the flavor and nutrition of fruit juice drinks;
(6) Hot and cold cylinder: preheat to prevent the beverage temperature from reaching about 85 °C (hot filling temperature) during the hot filling process and reflux.
CIP cleaning system:
CIP is short for clean in place or in-place cleaning. It is defined as: without disassembling or moving the device, you can use a high-temperature, high-concentration detergent to exert a strong effect on the device, and clean the contact surface with food.
CIP has the following advantages:
(1) It can maintain the cleaning effect;
(2) Save operation time and improve work efficiency, save labor and ensure simple operation, save cleaning water and steam;
(3) The level of hygiene is stable, and the amount of cleaning agent is saved;
(4) The production equipment can be large-scale and the level of automation is high;
(5) Increase the durability of production equipment.
Filling system:
The bottle flushing part is mainly composed of the bottle clamping head, the upper disc and the guide rail, the bottle clamping head rotates with the upper disc, and the filling bottleneck is clamped by the shape plate to open the bottle mouth pliers, and the guide rail is turned 180 degrees, rinsed and dripped, and then flipped 180°.
The filling part is mainly composed of water tank, filling valve, guide rail, bottle lifting device, etc. The bottle plate is fed into the filling machine, the filling bottle plate supports the bottleneck, rotates with the water tank, etc., and slides up on the guide rod according to the guide rail to open the filling valve filling, after filling, it is lowered to get rid of the filling valve, and the filling valve closes by itself. The bottles are sent out of the filling machine with the bottle plate.
The capping part is composed of three parts: capping and capping machine and capping unmasker. The lid unscrapator is divided into two types: ordinary cover and sports cover, and this equipment can be compatible with the sealing function of two cover types. It is fed by the bottle plate, the cap is completed, and the cap is sent out by the bottle plate after screwing.
Pour bottle sterilizer:
According to the process characteristics of the hot filling production line and the hot filling production line equipment that needs to be developed by itself, the equipment tilts the product after filling and capping, uses the high temperature of the product itself, and performs secondary sterilization of the cap within the specified time, and softens the sealing gasket of the cap to improve the sealing degree between the cap and the bottle body to ensure the quality of the product.
Features of pouring bottle sterilizer (juice thick slurry pouring bottle sterilization equipment):
1. At the required temperature, it is about 30~40 seconds, and the sterilization time can also be adjusted according to needs.
2. The bottle is tilted 100 degrees to ensure that there is no residual foam in the cap;
3. Rack: 304 stainless steel main body, engineering plastic adjustable feet, beautiful appearance, clean and hygienic.
4. Conveyor chain plate: the imported polymer material heat-resistant and snowproof chain plate is used to keep the bottle running smoothly.
5. Power system: well-known brand main motor and gearbox to ensure the performance of the whole machine.
Spray sterilization cooler:
It adopts three-stage treatment or multi-stage treatment of circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling, cold water cooling, sterilization and cooling time according to user needs frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic control automation. It is used in atmospheric bar-type sterilization of various bottled and canned beverages, canned fruits and vegetables and other foods, and can also be used for PET bottle filling of cooling of tea drinks and warm bottles of carbonated beverages.
