Product Description
Belt press is widely used in berries fruits, pome fruits and a variety of vegetable juice extracting industries. The equipment adopts multi-stage folding stick pressure and multi-stage pneumatic roller pressure, which has a large pressing force and high juice yield. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of a high degree of energy-saving, automatic feeding and discharging, continuous work, strong versatility, sufficient pressure filtration, low water filtration of the filter cake, easy operation and maintenance, etc. It is a high juice extraction equipment. The use of such juicing equipment can increase the juice yield of 20-30%, and the juice yield can be as high as 70-75% (depending on the raw materials), which can greatly reduce the production cost and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise. It is suitable for juice extracting of apple and pear, pomegranate, wheat seedlings, carrots, blueberries, pickles, mulberries and other fruits and vegetables on a large scale.
Belt filter press is mainly composed of the main machine, press rollers, nipping rollers, main reducer, automatic deviation rectifying system, curved screen, washing water buffer tank, juice collecting tank, high pressure cleaning pump, filter belt cleaning spray pipe, washing water return pump, washing water pipeline system and automatic control cabinet.
Working Principle:
GY series belt filter press uses two mesh belts (filter belts) to hold the solid-liquid mixture bypass the press rollers of varying diameters. Due to the tension of the mesh belt, the external pressure filter belt generates pressure on the solid-liquid mixture between the two belts, so that the liquid is discharged through the pressure filter belt to achieve the effect of solid-liquid separation. It is mainly composed of three parts: material even parts, wedge-shaped parts, and juice press parts. The press part is the core functional area of the machine.
During work, the crushed solid-liquid mixture fruit is continuously and evenly fed from the feeding box to the area between the lower filter belt and the upper filter belt. It is moved forward by the two filter belts. In the wedge-shaped area, a large amount of juice is slowly squeezed out to form a squeezable filter cake. After entering the press section, due to the tension of the filter belt and the action of the pressure roller with L-shaped roller, the juice is quickly pressed out to the collection tank. As the diameter of the pressure roller decreases, the surface pressure and shear force on the filter cake between the filter belts increase, so that the material is fully pressed. The dehydrated filter residue is scraped off by a wear-resistant plastic scraper and discharged. At the same time, the high-pressure cleaning and spraying device continuously cleans the filter press belt to ensure the water permeability of the filter press belt, so that the press achieves a good effe
