Brief Introduction:

We manufacture soap production line  for toilet soaps, transparent soaps and laundry soaps.The raw material is soap noodle. Capacity ranges from 300-2500 kg/hr. The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer’s requirements.  Our product lines have many advantages, including less area, less energy consumption, less requirement of human resource, highly automatic, good-quality end products and stable function. The line can produce many kinds of semi-finished products (soap noodle), and soaps with various fatty acid content from 40%-80%.

Mixing Agitator--- Three-Roller Mill---Single-Screw Double-Layer Vacuum Plodder---Stamping Machine---Refrigerator---Packing
