Introduction:
This equipment is widely used in milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, condiments, beer, butter, ice cream, egg products and other products. Preheat sterilization, cooling, heat recovery, the temperature can reach 135°C (can be customized). Equipment adopts PLC automatic control, color touch screen dynamic display equipment operation, monitoring interface can truly reflect the production data. Equipment All parts in contact with the product are made of SUS 304 stainless steel casing gaskets and seals made of food grade Viton, product pipeline connected by DIN sanitary fittings.
Characteristics:
1. the huge viscosity range. The use environment PH value is 1-14. It is suitable for sterile production of fresh milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, colored milk, juice, tea drinks, wine, ice cream, soy milk, beverage, jam, butter and other products. The products produced by UHT sterilization system can maintain 3-6 months under normal temperature (do not add any preservatives), thus eliminating the cold chain.
