Turn on the engine water tank drain switch, drain the water, inject an appropriate amount of clean engine oil into the cylinder, and rotate the flywheel several times. Is there any looseness or damage to the parts. Loose parts should be tightened, damaged parts should be replaced, repaired, and maintained after use
Clean up any accumulated material on the surface. Weeds, straw, dust, and oil on the cutting platform, bridge, granary, and external parts of the engine should be cleaned thoroughly. Remove the upper, lower, and tail screens from the sieve box, clean the bottom shell of the sieve chamber and the weeds and dust inside the sieve box, rinse them with tap water, dry them, and then drive them into the hangar.
Remove all triangular tape, wipe it clean, tie a label, hang it on the wall inside the hangar, remove the chain, clean it in diesel, apply engine oil or butter, and store it in a ventilated and dry place.
Add grease to each transmission bearing, and apply engine oil or grease to the friction parts such as the reel, agitator telescopic rod sleeve, tensioning screw, etc. to prevent rust. For rusted exposed parts and areas where paint has been worn off, rust should be removed and repainted
