The YGLM-Z2 Laser-Based Pavement Condition Sensor can monitor multiple factors related to road conditions, such as dryness, moisture, wetness, snow, ice, frost, and the thickness of ice, snow, and water films on the road surface, as well as road surface temperature and road surface slipperiness.
The YGLM-Z2 utilizes multispectral measurement technology to achieve non-contact, long-range, precise measurement of road surface temperature. Road surface temperature is measured using infrared temperature measurement principles, and the laser measurement principle ensures accurate measurements of water, ice, and snow. Water and ice are independently detected. The monitor is equipped with a microprocessor to identify the road surface condition of roads or airport runways.
It is widely used on highways, bridges, accident-prone sections, and areas prone to rain and snow.

(2)Provides multiple communication options. Supports standard RS232/485 communication and is compatible with the standard MODBUS communication protocol.
(3)Can achieve remote wireless data communication through various methods such as GPRS, RJ45, and wireless transmission.

4.Feature
(1)Non-invasive installation, no need to close lanes or damage the road surface, making installation faster and simpler. It can accurately detect even in heavy traffic conditions.
(2)Integrated internal heating function automatically activates the heating mode when the temperature is too low, ensuring the detection system operates normally regardless of temperature.
(3)It can be integrated into the existing highway automatic weather monitoring network, equipped with wireless communication capabilities, and data can be received through remote computers or mobile phones via the Sunshine Cloud platform.
(4)Equipped with an LCD display and keypad for on-site data viewing and parameter configuration.
5.Application Cases
YGLM-Z2 can be used as standalone instruments or integrated with other sensors as part of a complete monitoring system.
