After entering the cooling tower, the return water is formed by the pressure swirl nozzle device installed on the top of the tower and the upper part of the air duct to spray small water droplets in vertical downward high-speed movement, which completes the task of increasing the surface area of the water droplets.
In the process of falling, water droplets will also encounter rising air flow, which delays the falling speed of water particles, thus extending the heat exchange time. The heat of the fluid first passes to the inner wall of the copper pipe, and then from the inner wall to the outer wall of the copper pipe, and then the outer wall passes to the spray water film, the water film and the air form saturated wet and hot steam, the heat is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan, and some water droplets are recovered by the water collector to reduce the spray water loss.
When the spray water is reduced to a certain amount, the float ball valve automatically replenishes water, so the cycle continues. In addition, because the cooling tower is removed from the packing device and becomes an empty tower, the resistance in the tower is reduced, and the wind speed and air volume are increased under the action of the fan, and the gas-water ratio is improved, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the cooling effect.
