Multi-function welding machine that could meet flux core gas shielded welding,flux core self shielded welding,MIG/MAG welding,pulse MIG/MAG welding.
The DPS chip is control core of the control system.Taking BUCK(Chopped wave) circuit as power platform.The current wave shape is totally controlled by software.The system has high flexibility and dynamic response performance.It is fundation of welding and heat input accurate controlling.Combining with welding trolley digital control wire feeding system can ensure the pre-programming and online adjustment to wire feeding speed.So that achieving real time controlling to welding process.

The controlling interface had digital communication port and ananlogue port.Can using for connecting automation special machine or welding robot.
The current adjustable range is extremly wide because of Chopped wave components’ fully control charateristic.Compared with invert technich,Chopped wave directly facing load for adjusting.Duty cycle can be adjusted stablely from 0.5%-100%.The response speed is fast,and has low impact on load.
The purpose of high frequency pulsating current is for adjusting discrepancy of current mean and effective values.So the frequency is higher,gernerally it is over than 20kHz,This welding power supply adopts 35kHz,At this point, the current pulsation has less disturbance on the movement of the molten pool and the transfer of droplets
During welding process,current pulse frequency keep stable.Adjusting current mean and peak value instantly.Do allocation of electric arc and arc length adjusting through the factors of pulse current frequency,pulse current amplitude,pulse current duration time etc to realize the control of heat input
