Product details
The automatic production line for firework paper bobbins, the main driving force transmitted through a cam mechanism for time control purposes. It uses a range of electromechanical control technologies such as post operation control, high/low two-speed inverter control, photoelectric control, approach control and pneumatic delay control to ensure less manpower, low energy consumption, high efficiency and top quality production. It consists of paper cone winding unit, drying oven, and paper cone finishing unit.
The whole firework paper cone production process is as follows,
Rolling---Internal and external printing---Paper edge grinding---paper cutting--- paper cone winding&trimming--- Paper cone drying---Head Curling---Final products collating

1. winding machine
This winding machine is suitable for firework paper cone of various specifiacation.After hanging the paper roll,internal and external printing,eage grinding,cutting,winding,head cutting,the semi-finished paper cone will be sent to the dryer. It takes double speed variable frequency control technology.The winding speed will be adjusted automatically.
The whole process is easied by connecting with the dryer.

2. collating machine
The speed can be adjusted freely with over-load protector and automatic stopping equipment when the improper operation happens to guarantee the safety and stability and tower the waste rate.The after finishing machine can also be used individually.

3. drying machine
