Cable reinforcement bonding pad protection UV adhesive is a modified acrylic resin used for terminal strip, FPC reinforcement, and pad protection.
Terminal strip wire and FPC are flexible materials commonly used to connect different components of electronic devices. Due to its soft nature, terminal strip wires and FPCs are prone to abnormalities such as stretching, bending, and tearing.
The protective UV adhesive for the reinforcing pad of the flat wire has the following characteristics:
1. Rapid curing: It can cure within 10 seconds under ultraviolet radiation, improving production efficiency.
2. High strength bonding: capable of firmly bonding terminal strips, FPCs, and solder pads, providing strong protective effects.
3. High toughness: It has strong toughness and provides tear resistance for the bending and stretching of terminal strips and FPCs.
4. High temperature resistance: It has good high-temperature resistance and can maintain stability in a 140 degree environment.
The steps for using cable reinforcement pads to protect UV adhesive are as follows:
1. Cleaning: Clean the surface of the adhesive material to remove dust, water, and oil stains.
2. Gluing: Use a dispensing machine to place the glue in a suitable position.
3. Curing: Use a UV lamp to irradiate the UV adhesive and quickly cure it.
4. Quality inspection: Check whether the cured UV adhesive meets the testing conditions.
It should be noted that the environment should be kept ventilated. When using UV glue, it is important to avoid contact with the skin and eyes to avoid irritation. If discomfort occurs, seek medical attention promptly.
