The production of Manganese Metal Flakes primarily involves the thermal method (fire method) and electrolysis method (wet method). The thermal method fails to achieve the desired purity level of 95% to 98% for manganese metal, while the electrolysis method can attain purity levels of 99.7% to 99.9% or higher. Currently, the electrolysis method serves as the predominant approach for manganese metal production.
