PVC high-efficiency composite lubricant H108 is a multi-functional lubricant produced from several high-end raw materials. It has both internal and external lubrication functions, balances the lubricity in the early, middle and late stages, improves the degree of plasticization, increases physical properties, and improves the surface gloss of the product, decrease separate out phenomenon, shorten the mold cleaning cycle. It is suitable for the production and processing of all PVC rigid products except transparent products, especially for high-filled products, such as drainage pipes, wall panels, SPC floors, etc.
Method of use and addition amount: replace all lubricants in the formula- stearic acid, paraffin wax, fischer-tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, calcium stearate, etc. Only add this one product can reduce the probability of mismatching. The amount of addition is 20%-25% lower than the total amount of all internal and external lubricants added in the original formula.
