Applications and functions
1. Molecular coupling agent: used for filling and modifying PE materials such as wood powder, wood fiber, glass fiber, talc, calcium carbonate, mica, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, etc., to improve and improve the compatibility and adhesion between PE matrix and filler interface.The mechanical properties and thermal resistance of composites can be greatly improved.
2. Dispersed lubricant: used to enhance the polarity of PE, a small amount of addition can significantly improve the dyeing and lacquerability of PE, modified PE spinning dyed masterbatch;Used for PE filling master material to improve the surface finish, flame retardant master material, color master material, degradation master material, transparent master material, wire-drawing master material, etc.The strong interaction of maleic anhydride grafted PE wax with pigment and fuel flame retardant can promote the dispersion of pigment, dye and flame retardant in PE resin carrier.Addition of PA6, PA66 and other polyolefin also had obvious modification effects.
3. Polymer compatibilizer: used for PP/PE, PA/PE and other alloys, adding 1-5% can significantly improve the compatibility and compatibility of the phase interface.
4. Adhesive: add maleic anhydride grafted PE wax alloy not only the performance of the body has been improved, in the bonding with other materials (such as with nylon adhesive) also significantly improve the adhesion force, with a strong bond strength.
