Mesh Belt Drying Machine Introduction:
(1) Mesh Belt Drying Machine can mold a variety of mineral powder, metal powder, coal powder, coke powder and other materials.
(2) Due to forced squeeze by roller, the products have high density, high strength and high hardness.
(3) The press roller uses 65Mn rigid material is in good abrasion resistance, effectively prolong service life.
Mesh Belt Drying Machine Working Principle:
(1) Main motor transmit power to speed reducer.
(2) The coupling between reducer and rollers start to run.
(3) The exposed gear impel drive and driven shaft to rotate synchronize
(4) The pressure in two rollers increase gradually, from small to large.
(5) Pressure reaches top, the briquettes is molded successfully.
(1) Feeding system is normally ensure material goes into Mesh Belt Drying Machine hopper evenly, under co-work of belt conveyor or screw feeding system.
(2) Transmission system is consist of power motor, belt pulley, cylinder gear reducer, rod-pin coupling, and one pair of exposed gear, and roller.
(3) Molding system is mainly charcoal machine rollers. The key part of briquette machine is molding roller.
