Zero buoyancy umbilical cable is suitable for a variety of complex water environment, shallow water or deep water environment, is the connection line between underwater instruments and equipment and water control unit, such as all kinds of submersible motor, diving equipment, underwater robot, underwater unmanned glider, etc., applied to a variety of complex underwater environment, as the connection line of underwater equipment.

Waterproof, oil resistant, cold resistant, corrosion resistant, UV resistant, flame retardant, bending resistance, long bending life
It is suitable for installation under the reciprocating movement of long-distance laying
Zero buoyancy umbilical cable structure:
Conductor: multi-strand ultrafine stranded oxygen-free copper wire, in line with VDE0295CLASS 6 standard
Insulation: Special Dingqing PVC mix/Special TPE/PE material, etc. (optional)
Color: ≤0.5mm Color: brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange; ≥0.5mm Color indicates: black number white number number, more than 3 cores with yellow-green ground cable (yellow-green optional)
Shielding: tinned copper wire textile shielding, density: 85% or more
Wrapping: Special non-woven fabric/aluminum foil/waterproof PTFE
Sheath: Polyurethane (PUR) foam /TPE foam /PE foam is optional
Color: yellow, black, gray, orange, the cable skin color can be processed according to customer requirements

Test voltage: 2500V
Zero buoyancy umbilical cable operating temperature range:
Fixed installation: -20℃ to +105℃
Mobile installation: -10℃ to +90℃ (cold and low temperature resistant wire and special wire can be customized)
Zero buoyancy umbilical bending radius:
Fixed installation: 5 x cable diameter (D)
Mobile installation: when the travel is less than 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5×d; When the stroke is ≥10 meters, the bending radius is 10×D
