Description of all liquid air separation process flow Liquid air separation equipment usually refers to air separation equipment that directly produces liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products. This air separation equipment generally does not produce or produce a small amount of gas products. In order to obtain a large number of liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products, there are roughly two methods:
First, produce gaseous products first, and then use liquefaction devices to liquefy gaseous products according to needs. This method has relatively high energy consumption;
The other method is to directly use liquid air equipment to produce liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen products. Compared with the former method, the energy consumption of this method is lower. From the perspective of process organization, liquid air separation equipment can be regarded as a combination of conventional gaseous product air separation equipment and liquefaction unit, so its process is relatively complex.
