The application of zero buoyancy cable in rivers and lakes, shallow sea deep sea environment, due to special requirements, so it is higher than the general outdoor rainwater cable use requirements. Waterproof cable structure has circular structure and flat structure, waterproof depth of 10 meters, 20 meters to several hundred meters.
Polyurethane anti-seawater cable application range:
The anti-seawater cable is suitable for the connection between underwater instruments and aquatic equipment before and between underwater equipment and underwater equipment, such as underwater robots, military vessels, ocean exploration platforms, submersible motors and various underwater equipment.
Polyurethane anti-seawater cable product features:
Waterproof, oil resistant, cold resistant, corrosion resistant, UV resistant, flame retardant, bending resistant suitable for fast moving installation.
Polyurethane salt water cable structure:
Conductor: multi-strand ultrafined oxygen-free copper wire, conforming to VDE0295CLASS6 standard
Insulation: Special Acrylic PVC blend or TPE(optional)
Color: ≤0.5mm Color: brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange; ≥0.5mm Color indicates: black number white number number, more than 3 cores with yellow-green ground cable (yellow-green optional)
Shielding: tinned copper wire textile shielding, density: 85% or more
Jacket: polyurethane (PUR) Color: black, gray, orange

Test voltage: 2500V
Polyurethane salt water cable use temperature range:
Fixed installation -50℃ to +105℃
Mobile installation: -30℃ to +90℃
Bending radius:
Fixed installation: 5 x cable diameter (D)
Mobile installation: when the travel is less than 10 meters, the bending radius is 7.5×d;
When the stroke is ≥10 meters, the bending radius is 10×D
