Decorative coating inspection index:
The conventional test of decorative coating takes chemical test,environmental performance test, wear test, color yield, appearance yield as the test standards, through the test block surface handred grid test, salt spray test and other corresponding measurement data.
1, Thickness: The concave points on the surface of the test block were grind by the ball mill meter, and the thickness of the coating was obtained by calcuating the formula data.
2, Adhesion: Test block hundred grid, paste 3M ashesive paper on the coating suface of 100 grids (each grid is 1mm*1mm) cut by the knife, use an eraser to rub back and forth on it, so that it is completely close, in the 45 degree direction of rapid tear, coating not fall off phenomenon.
3, Environmental performance test: Usually based on teh salt spray test, 35 degrees,The concentration of 5% salt water, spray, the time is 36-96 hours, to see whether the coating reaction.
4, Wear-resistant test: Apply 500g force for the product under test to rub 50 times, round trip for once, can not change color, deplating, exposing the base material.
5,Color yield, appearance yield: Subject to the quality inspector's physical test.
