c. 13 is nominal diameter, 20 is available.
d. 1 or 2 means that the valve body and flange material of BKH-SAE-FS and MKH-SAE-FS is carbon steel.
e. 1 represents the ball and stem material is carbon steel.
2 represents the ball and stem material is stainless steel.
f. 2 means that the sealing material at the ball is POM.
4 means that the sealing material at the ball is PTFE.
g. 3 means that the sealing material at the stem and joint is NBR.
5 means that the sealing material at the stem and joint is FPM.
h. “*” indicates that the surface is phosphated.
A ball valve with an SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) split flange adapter is a type of valve commonly used in fluid handling systems, particularly in hydraulic applications. This type of valve is designed to control the flow of fluid (liquid or gas) through a pipe or tubing system.
Available in sizes DN13-DN25(1/2” to 1”).
Flange connections to ISO 6162-1 and 6162-2.
The combination of steel for the main valve body and POM for the ball seats makes this type of ball valve suitable for a wide range of fluid handling applications.And O-rings are available in NBR or FPM.These materials have a minimum temperature of -20 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.
