The Crushing Equipment/Rock Crusher Machine/Portable Rock Crusher is a kind of stone crusher. The motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing.

1. This series of crushers is mainly used for medium and fine crushing of various medium-hard ores and rocks in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramics and other industrial sectors.
2. This series of crushers is most suitable for crushing various soft and hard ores whose compressive strength is not higher than 300Mpa (MPa), and the maximum lumpiness of the crushed materials shall not be greater than the specifications specified in the technical parameter table.
The compound pendulum series jaw crusher is mainly composed of fixed body, rotating body, safety device, adjustment device and other parts.
1. Fixed body: The main part of the fixed body is the frame. There are two manufacturing processes for the frame: medium carbon steel casting frame and medium carbon steel plate welding frame. The welded frame is based on the original cast frame with multiple reinforcement ribs added, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements, it achieves the same use effect as the cast frame. In order to prevent the serious wear of the side wall of the frame, guard plates are installed on the left and right side walls of the crushing chamber, which can be replaced at will.
2. Rotating body: It is composed of movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, pulley, etc. It is the main part of transmission and torque bearing.
A. The movable jaw is composed of movable jaw bracket and movable jaw plate. The movable jaw bracket is made of 35# cast steel and has been quenched and tempered.
B. The eccentric shaft is made of 45# steel and has been quenched and tempered.
C. The bearing adopts double-row radial spherical roller bearing, which has the characteristics of fine adjustment, large force and durability.
D. The jaw plate is divided into two types: movable and fixed. In order to improve the crushing effect, the surface adopts an optimized tooth shape, and the material is ZGMn13, which has the characteristics of high hardness, wear resistance and good use effect.
3. Adjusting device: This device is used to adjust the size of the discharge port and control the discharge granularity. The adjustment mechanism of our crusher has two types: the lifting wedge type and the push rod gasket type, which are convenient and flexible to adjust, and can realize stepless adjustment.
Remark:
Lifting wedge types are: PE-150×250, PE-200×300, PE-220×350, PE-250×400, PE-400×600
The ejector gasket types are: PE-600×900, PEX-150×750, PEX-250×750, PEX-250×1000, PEX-350×750, PEX-250×1200
4. Safety device: the bracket mainly plays the role of safety besides transmission. That is, when non-broken objects enter the crushing cavity, the toggle plate can be broken or bent first, so as to protect other parts of the machine.
