Widely used in modern large-scale specialised loading and unloading machinery, lifting and transporting machinery, metallurgy, port terminals and other industries, deceleration, braking and safety protection.

Main features

It can be equipped with interlocking retreat distance equal device, which can always keep both sides of the tile retreat distance equal in the process of using, completely avoiding the phenomenon that one side of the brake lining is attached to the brake disc due to the uneven retreat distance, and it is equipped with the tile automatic position-following device.

The main swinging hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long service life, and do not require lubrication in the process of use.

The brake spring is arranged in the square spring tube, and there is a braking torque scale on one side, the braking torque is directly displayed, and the adjustment is convenient and intuitive.

The asbestos-free brake pads are of cartridge type, which are easy and quick to replace.

Brake lining wear automatic compensation device, can make the tile retreat distance and brake torque in the use of the process to maintain a constant.

Some additional functions can be realised by adding additional devices.

Manual release device.

Release or closing limit switch, which signals whether the brake is properly released or closed.

Brake pad wear limit switch to automatically signal when the brake pad is worn to its limit.

Adopting Ed series pusher drive with time delay valve, it can realise the delayed closing of the brake and smooth braking.
