Method of adjusting braking torque of YLBZ hydraulic wheel side brake:

　　Adjustment of braking torque is very simple, only the torque nut needs to be adjusted.

　　Generally speaking, if the spring length of the torque adjusting nut is shortened by twisting the spanner clockwise, the braking torque will increase, and vice versa.

　　The spring length should not exceed the upper and lower lines on the torque scale, otherwise, the spring is likely to be damaged, resulting in brake failure and even causing safety accidents!

　　Second, the adjustment method of automatic brake pad wear compensation device:

　　(1), the compensation device toggle pin down to the bottom of the *** (with the lower surface of the inner ring of the compensation sleeve contact).

　　(2), Loosen the tightening bolt until its lower surface is outside the inner ring of the compensation sleeve.

　　(3), manually or automatically lift the pusher actuator, at which time the toggle pin is brought up.

　　Then manually release or power off the pusher to reset the push rod under the action of the brake spring, at this time the position of the toggle pin will be pressed down a little.

　　(4) Tighten the set screw downward until its lower face is basically in contact with the toggle pin, and tighten the set nut.

(5) The automatic compensation device has been adjusted.

The brake is applied to the brake wheel by the brake block. A single brake block on the brake wheel shaft pressure is large and uneven, so usually use a pair of brake blocks, so that the brake wheel shaft by the brake block pressure offset.
