This RA4E1 MCUs is the first entry-level series in the 100 MHz RA4 series, perfect for cost sensitive applications and other systems that require the best combination of performance and low power consumption.

The new devices of the TRICONEX 7400206-100 series are based on the Arm Cortex-M33 core for fast design cycles and easy upgrades to other RA series devices. The RA group consists of four different parts, ranging from 48 pin to 64 pin packaging, 256kB to 512kB flash memory, and 128kB SRAM. When the RA4E1 device is executed from flash memory at a speed of 100MHz, the power consumption is only 60 A/MHz. Innovative peripheral devices, connectivity options, and system cost savings are new features.
