The punching press is the ideal model of forging industry in recent years,mainly used in the forging process of small and midium machine parts,it can be used for the forging of connecting rod,gear,bearing ring and other spare parts.
The machine is equipped with special top and bottom material return device,meeting the requirements of forging process.
The steel welded structure with tempered treatment makes steel of rigidity and no deformation.
The transmission is steel helical gear to make work stable,low noise,not easy to wear teeth.
The imported pneumatic overload protection device guarantees its safety and reliable use.Once the forging process is jammed,The operator can unscrew the plug valve on the discharge and let the oil run out,so the machine jam will be settled.
There is feeding port on the side of the fuselage,which is convenient for the processing of forgings.
Italy pneumatic dry friction clutch,double valve control,smooth movement,low noise.
According to user's need, the machine is equipped with manual and automatic modes,thick oil or thin oil lubrication .
The electric control system is controlled by ordinary relay and PLC.
