Hot die foring press is a hot forging forming equipment specially designed for precision forging.Originated in Europe and America in the 19th century,it is a leading die forging equipment in the world precision forging industry.
Standard secondary transmission,classic long torque ,the torque force is 30% bigger than usual primary transmission,it runs more balanced and stable.
The overall high rigidity frame or four-rod pre-stressed integral frame,welded with steel plates,multi-layer high desity reinforcement,it applies tempering technology to get rid of metal stress,and no deformation.
The large diameter balance cylinder can improve the the stability of the slider,reducing the gap between slider and crankshaft so as to avoid blasting vibration,making the press run steadily.
BY designing large torque clutch,the press has strong stability and reliability,six large surface friction plates ensure adequate friction coefficient,special cooling system guarantees can adapt the harsh forging environment.
The classic elephant nose type slider,16 faces super long leading stroke,super anti-bias load ability,realizing the requirement of multi-cavity forging.
