Product Introduction
Name: Single acting hydraulic cylinders (FB series)
Features: DRC series single-acting cylinders, compact design, high pressure resistance, high load capacity, lightweight, easy to carry, wide range of applications.
Applications: DRC series hydraulic jack, belongs to the general-purpose single-acting hydraulic cylinder, with a variety of specifications of stroke length and lifting capacity range,
in a variety of applications to play the role of compression, jacking. Commonly used in machinery maintenance, ship maintenance, building construction,
manufacturing, machinery supporting and other fields.
Advantage:
Built-in tensile force reset tension spring can make the piston rod reset fast.
Dustproof sealing ring can prevent dust from entering the cylinder and prolong the use time.
The piston rod is heat-treated for high strength, and the surface is chrome-plated to prevent wear and corrosion.
Wear-resistant hard guide sleeve, with self-lubricating effect, can absorb bias load without straining the piston rod.
Seal ring, specially selected seal ring, anti-wear and anti-aging, long service time.
Cylinder body surface treatment, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Plunger limiting structure with stop ring to prevent the piston rod from extending in transition and can withstand full load.
Equipped with hard saddle, inserted installation for easy removal, anti-slip design of top ring groove, top quenching treatment, hardness HRC45-50, wear-resistant and anti-extrusion without deformation;
Tin bronze support ring, tin bronze has the advantages of high hardness and good abrasion resistance, can absorb partial load without wearing the cylinder so that it can work for a long time.
Each cylinder comes standard with a standard quick coupling for quick connection to the oil pipe.
The cylinders are equipped with standard mounting holes and fixing threads for easy installation.
