The 3500 system of the disproportionation device is equipped with a 3500/92 communication gateway card, which communicates with the PLC and sends 23 monitoring data to the PLC for display by the operating station. At around 1:00 am one day, the measured values of the parameters related to shaft system monitoring in the monitoring flowchart of the unit PLC system operation station were no longer updated. The display of other tag numbers on the system operation station is normal, and the interlocking system and automatic control system are normal. According to the inspection by the instrument personnel, the commonality of the fault bit numbers was collected and summarized. According to the signal sources of the fault bit numbers, they were all transmitted through MODBUS protocol communication between the 3500 system and the PLC system, and other functions of the PLC and the 3500 system were normal. Therefore, it is basically determined that the communication failure between the 3500 system and the PLC system was caused.
