GS-IRPT2000 series kiln flue gas temperature infrared on-line monitoring system is a real-time on-line non-contact infrared temperature measurement system which is applied to various types of kilns. Based on Planck's blackbody radiation law, combined with advanced optical mechanical design and data optimization methods, the system realizes real-time online monitoring of kiln internal temperature, which provides a basis for operators to grasp the changes of kiln internal temperature in real time and improve the level of process control.
