Copper Converter End Point Judgment System
GS-TZPS1200 copper converter end point judgment system is mainly used to the end point judgment of PS converter converting process in copper smelting. The system integrates optics, mechanics, electricity, algorithms, and software into a whole, and takes "spectral feature detection - mathematical modeling - model learning" as the technical route. Through parameters such as sulfur oxide concentration and its change rate, melt temperature, flue gas temperature, air volume (flow rate), oxygen content and other parameters, it realizes the function of judging and predicting the end point of copper converter converting, ensuring low energy consumption, high quality, and efficiency in the production of crude copper.
