INSTRUCTION:
V-belt is commonly known as the “V” belt, belt transmission is a kind of flexible, has the following characteristics: simple structure, suitable for two axis center distance larger occasions, adhesive tape, elastic, can buffer vibration absorption, drive smoothly without noise, overload can produce skid, can prevent damage of weak parts, safety protection, but it can’t keep accurate transmission ratio; The belt needs to be tensioned on the belt wheel, and the pressure on the shaft and bearing is large.
V belt is divided into two kinds, one is with teeth, called teeth V belt or cogged belt , the teeth are not working surface, but as a heat dissipation surface; One is without teeth, called the wrapped V belt.
