Titanium Powder Diffuser Aerator Ozone Hydrogen Oxygen
TOPTITECH uses industrial pure titanium powder (purity 99.6%) and advanced technology to produce microporous pure titanium aerators.The aerator has a uniform structure with high porosity and pore diameter ranging from 0.22μm to 100μm, and porosity between 35% to 50%.
It is available in tube and spherical types, with the spherical type having a diameter of 100-400mm, and aeration bubble size of 0.1-2mm. The aerator generates uniform bubbles, has low aeration resistance, and a large gas-liquid interface area, reducing energy consumption by 40% compared to conventional aerators and nearly doubling sewage treatment volume.
The titanium aerator has strong corrosion resistance, high acid and alkali resistance, and a service life of up to 10 years, making it ideal for urban sewage, large-scale water plant construction and expansion, and old aeration tank transformation. It has 4' and 6' interfaces with internal or external threads.
Feature
The aerator has a uniform aperture distribution and high porosity, allowing for efficient separation and purification. It has low filtration resistance and no hole blockage, making it chemically stable, resistant to acid and alkali, and suitable for harsh working conditions. The titanium aerator is non-magnetic, non-toxic, and has good biological compatibility with strong antimicrobial ability and no interaction with microorganisms.
