Camshaft Measuring Instrument

The instrument adopts high-precision air float main axis as the rotating reference, double air float column as the moving reference, and the workpiece is vertically clamped to measure camshaft lift error, peach-tip angle error, crankshaft diameter and other elements.


Main parameters:

the neck radial error, roundness, waviness and eccentric errors of the camshaft; the peach -shaped surface increase value, lift error, phase angle, speed curve and acceleration curve, base circle beating and other related parameters of the camshaft And the circularity of various circular workpieces (the fully automatic model increases the straight line, cone, and parallel degree, and can also provide parameters such as crankshaft roundness, eccentric spacing and other parameters according to user requirements)



Main Functions:

● The instrument adopts the camshaft three-dimensional installation and measurement structure.

● The rotary axis system is composed of precision air-bearing spindle and air-bearing top, with double air-bearing linear motion guide columns as the linear motion reference, driven by high-precision motor.

● The electrical part is composed of advanced computer and precision angle grating sensor and precision grating displacement sensor.

● The measurement software is based on the Chinese version of WINDOWS operating system platform, with rich measurement functions and convenient operation.



Main Features:

● The host adopts a vertical measurement structure. The camshaft is directly installed and avoids the error caused by the impact of gravity factors. The measurement stability, high accuracy, and good accuracy are good.

● High -precision: The positioning of mechanical motion components and workpieces is based on ultra -precision air static pressure bearing main shaft (turntable), air -floating top and double -gas floating straight line motion guide rail columns. The axis measurement instrument ensures that the accuracy of the main axis is as high as 0.08 μm.

● L-1000/2000/3000 series of camshaft measuring workbench and columns (vertical measured shaft Z axis) are made of precision natural granite materials with endless changes, which can inhibit the noise and vibration of the surrounding environment.

● High-density collection data: L-1000/2000/3000 Turn a week to collect data points to 72,000 points to ensure that the measurement data is not distorted.

● The measuring instrument can be replaced (you can equip the cutting tools measurement, the ball measurement, the roller measuring head, the flat test or oblique header) according to the user's product situation.
