一、目的：

我公司生产YPHB系列防爆环保空调（以下简称空调），是唯一拥有防爆证书的厂家。产品性能符合GB/T7725《室内空调器》和GB5956《室内空调电气设备安全要求》的规定，并通过各项检验。防爆要求按照GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境 第1部分：设备通用要求》、GB3836.2-2010《爆炸性环境 第2部分：隔爆外壳保护的设备》、GB3836.4-2010《爆炸性环境 第4部分：本质安全型防护设备》和GB3836.9-2006《爆炸性环境防爆电气设备》第9部分：密封型“m”， 授权的质量监督检验部门已通过检验，其防爆标志为ExdibmbIIBT4 Gb。 适用于1区或2区存在或可能存在IIA、IIB、T1至T4类可燃气体、蒸气和空气混合的区域。本产品已通过防爆电气产品质量监督检验中心的检验，取得防爆证书。防爆环保空调广泛应用于石油、化工、冶金、制药、军工、变电站、科研、仓库、实验室、油漆房、国防工业等空气中有爆炸性气体混合物的自封闭室内空间，用于净化空气和调节温度（降低或升高温度）。

2、冷却原理：

The suction pump continuously pumps the cold water on the base to the wet curtain, using the physical characteristics of water evaporation and heat absorption to cool the air. The water curtain paper is used to increase the contact area with the air, and the air enters the machine for convective heat exchange with the water curtain and is cooled. Then, it is sent into the room through a fan.

3、 Internal structure: water storage base, thickened water curtain, dustproof filter screen, all copper motor, motor bracket, metal fan blades, water pump, drainage valve, float ball.

Pure copper core motor: The power is sufficient without adulteration, and the quality of the motor determines the service life of the machine.

Thickening and densifying water curtain: a cooling tool. The water pump pulls ice water onto the wet water curtain, and hot air is sucked in through the ice curtain to turn into cold air.

High density dust screen: dual purification filtration, dual protection, and enhanced air purification.

Dual filtration water pump: Internal circulation pumping, clean water quality, and better effect.

4、 Place of use

The air conditioner can operate normally under the following environmental conditions

a. Atmospheric pressure: 80-110kPa;

b. Environmental temperature: outdoor -20 ℃~+40 ℃;

C. Relative humidity of the air: In humid months, the average monthly relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;

At the same time, the monthly average low temperature of the month is not higher than+25 ℃;

d. Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas with Class IIA and IIB T1~T4 explosive gases (or liquids, vapors);

e.有轻微腐蚀性气体的环境;

f.没有剧烈振动和冲击的地方;

g.在清洁的环境中，没有大量的灰尘和水浸泡。
