Stainless Steel 3 Way Instrument Valve Manifolds
To compliment the range of differential pressure gauges and transmitters, providing a variety of 3 valve manifolds. These
manifolds offer the instrument engineer the ability to isolate the differential pressure instrument for removal without
interrupting the process. In higher static, but lower differential pressure applications, the equalization valve may be left open during install to balance pressure across ports, protecting the DP instrument diaphragm from sudden pressure surges on one side.
To compliment the range of differential pressure gauges and transmitters, providing a variety of 3 valve manifolds. These
manifolds offer the instrument engineer the ability to isolate the differential pressure instrument for removal without
interrupting the process. In higher static, but lower differential pressure applications, the equalization valve may be left open during install to balance pressure across ports, protecting the DP instrument diaphragm from sudden pressure surges on one side.
Manifolds may be supplied for direct mount to the differential pressure transmitter, with standard 33mm centers design. The angled bonnet design, evident on the Direct Mounted VALVES MANIFOLD designs, prevents fouling of the valve head with transmitter electrical enclosure (/display). Alternatively, a flat faced manifold is offered as part of a panel mount design.

APPLICATIONS
1. Designed for mounting on differential pressure transmitters
2. Pressure Rating: up to 6000 psig (408 bar) at CWP
3. Temperature Rating: -54ºC to 232ºC with PTFE packing
4. Packing: PTFE packing standard, Graphite packing for high temperature on request
5. Available with Pipe to Pipe, Pipe to Flange, Flange to Flange, Direct instrument mount and remote mount
6. Options: Available with 2 way, 3 way and 5 way valve manifolds

TESTING :
•Standard Test : Each Valve is factory tested with nitrogen at 1000 psig (69 bar) for leakage at the seat and packing,
the maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 sccm
the maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 sccm
Note:
△ A packing adjustment may be required periodically to increase service life and to prevent leakage.
△ Valves that have not been cycled for a period of time may have a higher initial actuation torque.
