1.Product characteristics

This product is mainly used in the deacidification treatment process of methanol extraction water in MTBE and light gasoline etherification units, and the removal and extraction process.

Impurities such as anions and a small amount of cations in water. Remove and neutralize the acidity of the water, increase the pH value of the extraction water to 7.0±0.5, avoid or reduce the setting

Prepare for corrosion. The product has stable performance and is resistant to organic pollution. Meet the requirements of long-term operation of the device.

2.Main considerations in use

1)The resin deacidification agent has been processed before leaving the factory and can be used directly after filling; it can also be washed with demineralized water until it is neutral and then put into operation.

2)Before the deacidification device is put into use, it needs to be washed with demineralized water in countercurrent, in order to remove the air bubbles in the resin bed. Deacidification unit operation During the process, regular exhaust (1 time/day) is required.

3)During the operation of the deacidification unit, the pH value of the extraction water needs to be checked regularly (1 to 2 times/day).

4)The resin deacidification agent is packaged in wet state, and should avoid air-drying, freezing and strong heat during storage and transportation, and the suitable storage temperature is 5-40 ℃. 5 When the storage time of resin deacidification agent is more than 6 months, it can be washed with demineralized water to neutrality for later use.
