Overview

VOK®- 202P is a dispersed polyethylene wax slurry, which is easy to use and disperse when adding

Appearance: translucent white to yellowish paste

Solvent: xylene

Specific gravity: about 0.88

Nonvolatile: 19-21%

Characteristics and use

The appearance is slurry, suitable for modern high-speed dispersion equipment, easy to use and easy to disperse

It can provide anti-settling effect of pigment and avoid deposition and hardening at the bottom of the tank

As a post-addition, it does not require pre-activation and grinding, and has a slight impact on viscosity

It has no obvious effect on the gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance and drying speed of the film

Under proper dispersion conditions, it can be used as a post-additive, especially suitable for pigments that cannot be grinded, such as aluminum paste, pearlescent powder, flat powder and fluorescent pigment

Applicable fields

Alkyd/amine baking paint, acrylic/amine baking paint, epoxy resin, vinyl resin, polyurethane paint, paint

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.5-2.0% to the total amount

It can be added at any price segment, and it needs to be evenly dispersed by high-speed dispersion equipment

It is recommended that the temperature range of dispersion operation is between 20-40 ℃
