Material standard review
1. The heating surface pipes of the heating furnace are all seamless steel pipes for 20 # boiler, and their mechanical properties and chemical composition meet the requirements of GB3087-2008 Seamless Steel Tubes for Low-pressure and Medium-pressure Boilers.
2. Forgings shall comply with NB/T47008-2010 Carbon Steel and Low Alloy Steel Forgings for Pressure Vessels.
3. The chemical and mechanical properties of welding materials for pressure components of heating furnace shall comply with GB/T5117, Carbon Steel Electrodes and Steel Wire for Gas Shielded Welding (GB/T14958).
4、 Product standardization and standard review of technical documents
1. The design of YY (Q) W-3000Y (Q) organic heat carrier furnace, the materials and manufacturing technical conditions of main parts and components comply with relevant national standards and ministerial standards.
2. Standard review
1) The preparation parameters of heating furnace model comply with the standard of Organic Heat Carrier Furnace (GB/T17410-2008).
2) The design of heating furnace conforms to TSG G0001-2012 Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulation
3. Strength calculation shall be carried out according to GB/T16507.4-2013 Water-tube Boiler Part 4: Strength Calculation of Pressure Components.
