This pit type gas carburizing furnace is batch type heat treatment furnace, mainly used for carburizing or carbonitriding of carbon steel parts such as hinge pins, gears, piston rings, automobile crankshaft and brake pads of motorcycle.,etc.
Furnace pot is made of heat-resistance stainless steel,the heat treated parts is put into charging basket,then put whole charging basket into furnace pot.
Controlled atmosphere use instill, drip into the furnace through the flow meter and dropper.
The fan is installed on the furnace cover, which can carry out the forced circulation of temperature and atmosphere in the furnace.
