Composition: mixture of polymer carboxylic acid and modified polysiloxane

Appearance: yellow to brown clear liquid

Nonvolatile: 49-51%

Solvent: xylene/diisobutyl ketone

Specific gravity: 0.92-0.95

Acid value: 180-220mg KOH/g

Characteristics and use

It can be applied to water-based and solvent-based systems, and has a wide range of application to resin systems

It has excellent dispersion and wetting effects on pigments, and can prevent the color separation problem when titanium dioxide and other pigments are used together in the coating formula

When the pigment is mixed with the filler, it can effectively prevent the formation of deposition and hardening

Unlike ordinary silicon valley oil additives, they will not produce crater and other side effects

It can be used as a flow promoter to improve the smoothness of the film surface and promote the scratch resistance and smoothness of the film

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.5-3.0% to inorganic pigment

Add 2.0-5.0% to organic pigment

Add before grinding and disperse with pigment

It can also be used for post-addition and for correction purposes. The recommended dosage is 0.1-1.5% for full addition

Please test the most appropriate amount before use

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage condition is 0-40 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃, the appearance may be turbid or separated. If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, please heat it to a clear state. If the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, please restore it to 10-30 ℃, and mix it evenly before use

The container needs to be sealed completely before it is used
